On 30th June 2021 I was ordering a product from zara while checkout the transaction was successful but the order was not confirmed/cancelled and the payment was not refunded. I had emailed customer care email id and care id they replied on 6th July 2021 that the payment is processed on 30th June 2021 and will be refunded in 7 working days but still the payment does not reflect in my account. Please look into it. The transaction Id is[protected]. I'm attaching the required screenshots.
