Hi team,

My name is siraj murad uddin my registered mobile number is [protected]

I made an upi transation of rs 5000 on 20 nov and the transaction failed.

But, this amount of 5000 got deducted from my account and was never credited to beneficiary account.

I request you to please check and assist me in this regards and refund the amount to my bank account.

I have also added an screenshot regarding the same at the bottom of the mail please refer the same.

I have use citrus wallet money transfer on 24.11.2017. The transaction amount is rs.2900 Citrus wallet money as successfully. But still not received the money in my account. I need this money very urgent.
