[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — merchant account validation | |||||
While creating a merchant account, citrus requires you to submit proof of business to transfer funds. Inspite of all submissions from our end, no one from the team is bothered to approve the account. They have been sitting on our money and conveniently delaying the approval process. Every query takes more than a week to be heard, and they have no customer helpline where you can directly speak to someone. Disgusting service. Was this information helpful? | |||||
