[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — money added to wallet successfully but balance is reflecting as zero

Hi,

I loaded my citrus wallet from my Citi bank credit card with Rs 3000.

Transaction was completed successfully but wallet balance is reflecting as Zero rupees.
As per transaction history no other transaction took place after loading money.
Please refer to images for transaction Id

Please refund the money in cit credit card or add it in my wallet.
