I’m writing this complaint for the second time as I got no reply on the previous one.
This is to bring to your attention that I placed an order with you at 8:57pm on Wednesday, 30 June. My cart total was INR 9960, which was debited from my account. However, the order was not placed and it said that the Payment is Pending, after which the order got cancelled even though the payment was done from my end.

and the order was made online on 30 June. I used UPI to make the payment and have attached the screenshot below for your reference. Kindly confirm my order and deliver it or refund the entire Hi,
