This is to bring to your attention that I placed an order with you at 8:57pm on Wednesday, 30 June. My cart total was INR 9960, which was debited from my account. However, the order was not placed and it said that the Payment is Pending, after which the order got cancelled even though the payment was done from my end.

Your transaction with the Citrus ID: OL[protected] & OL[protected] processed on[protected] for Rs. 9960.0 was a failed transaction and we have not received the funds at Citrus. In case of an accidental debit, the amount will be auto reversed to your source account within 3 to 5 working days (for net banking transaction) and 7 to 10 working days (for Card transaction & UPI transaction) (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday). If the amount is not reflecting within the given time frame, we request you to contact your respective card/account issuing bank to know the status of the refund.
