[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — Money Debited but the Order has been cancelled because of no receipt of payment

For my Zara purchase I chose the UPI option and made a payment of INR5880 (UPI Transaction ID:[protected]. The payment has been debited from my account and it shows that it has reached Citrus’s account and that my purchase has been confirmed in my UPI transaction, but the Zara purchase showed that my payment was pending and I later received an email stating that my order has been cancelled since the payment was not received. Is Citrus Payments just sitting on the payments we make? Are they duping people? Will I receive a refund? Please see the screenshots of my transaction.
