Citrus Payment Solutions — money debited from bank

I have booked hp gas through ezy suvidha app and payment option was citrus, i paid 597 and money debited from bank and didnt get the gas still
Once i contacted the gas agency for the booking they said its not booked and they doont have any other information. I have my bank transaction id where the money got debit.

I have mailed to union bank there also no reply
