[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — Money debited from the bank account but order not received by zara

Address:D.No:1-80-13/1, Plot No: 41, Mig-2, Sector 3, Mvp Colony

I was placing an order on Zara India online on 19th October 2020 and had opted for payment via UPI.
I then did the payment through google pay for which Zara had used citrus payment gateway.
I did the transaction via [protected]@okaxis and money got debited from my account but Zara did not receive the amount and it is displaying payment pending. UPI Transaction id[[protected]]
So Zara canceled the order from their side as it keeps pending
I haven’t been initiated a refund.

Kindly check my concern and give me refund of my money at the earliest.

As checked, this is a failed transaction and amount for same has been refunded on 20/10/2020 via RRN[protected]. You will receive the amount in your source account within 5-7 working days (except Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays).
