Hello, This is with regards to my transaction done on 30 June 2021 with UPI reference number[protected] on Zara India's website. As of today, 1 July 2021, my order stands canceled, however, Rs. 10, 950 have been deducted from my account. Please process a refund for the transaction as soon as possible. • Citrus ID, Merchant and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used

I have provided you with a UPI reference number, the date, etc. The fact that you're responding with an automated message to all the messages on this board makes me feel uneasy sharing any of these details on this platform.

Please share an official email ID where I can reach you. I have emailed you on [email protected]

However, I have not received any response.

PS. I also do not see an option to attach any documents, which is why I do not know how to attach the bank statement.

The other details are:
1. I do not have a Citrus ID? The Merchant is Zara. UPI Ref. No. 118121968846
2. Transaction date: 30 June 2021; Amount: Rs. 10, 950

Please share an email ID where I can share the other details like phone number, last digits of card, UPI ID. Thanks.
