I was placing an order on zara india online on 6th july 2021and had opted for payment via upi.
I then did the payment through phone pe for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.
I did the transaction via [protected]@ybl and money got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount and showed payment failed. And in the order it’s showing pending payment
Please help
Kindly check my concern and give me refund of my money at the earliest.
