[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — Money deducted but order not received on Zara India | |
I ordered clothes on Zara app and made the payment via citruspay using UPI. The amount got deducted from the account and i got the message from the bank as well but as soon i got redirected to the Zara app it is showing pending payment option. After i faced this issue I immediately googled about it and got to know that there has been a lot of cases where Zara app users faced problem paying via citruspay. Requesting you to please refund my amount of 3980/- as soon as possible.
