I have made two payments of Rs.6370/- each on 12/10/2022 from Hdfcbank to Lions English School (party), money has been deducted from my account but party saying that it has not been received by them. Eeen, I have not received any confirmation mail that transactions are successful, neither via mail or text message .
Bank Narration is as under for two complained transaction:-
i) [protected]/CITRUSEAZYPAY, bank ref no. [protected]
ii) [protected]/CITRUSEAZYPAY, bank ref no. [protected]
Pls confirm & if money is not remitted to party, please refund to may account.
