Citrus Payment Solutions — money deducted but transaction failed

I order an helmet from spartanprogear.com on 27/11/2017 and the page went to cirtrus pay and then payment of ₹6250 deducted from my account. But the order for helmet didn't successful. And i contact spartanprogear but they said they didn't get any order or payment. Please refund my money as soon as possible. It's urgent.

Hi team,

While registering for national institute of open schooling bridge course, amount of Rs 5059 got deducted from my ICICI credit card but my transaction was incomplete due to some technical issue.
I have attached a screenshot for better understanding.
Please kindly look into it.

Still i didn't received my money... They said it will take 10 days. But its been 18 days now and i lost hope. What should i do now.
