[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — Money Deducted but Zara App shows Payment Pending

I placed an order on 13.07.2021 on Zara App and paid through UPI
GOOGLEPAY
Seems like money is deducted but order is not completed and it still shows “PAYMENT PENDING” for the order
I have all the transaction proofs

Apologies for the inconvenience. As checked, this is a failed transaction and amount for same has been refunded on 14/07/2021 via RRN[protected]. You will receive the amount in your source account within 7-10 working days (except Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays).
