[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — money deducted from bank but message appear payment failed

Sir,
I made the payment of bihar police form fees on 14august 2017 and 23 august 2017 of amount rs.520.80 through citruspay. After few second screen showed that payment unsuccessful due to an error but 4 time my money got debited from my bank account.
Then contacted to bihar police office (Csbc) to sent me my registration number. They said that"your payment show failure" after that i contacted my bank on verification they found that amount is settled to merchant bank (Citruspay). So please credit back my money on bank account.

Hi there,

can you please tell me how had you contacted CSBC, so that i can also confirm whether my payment was settled or missed. I am also suffering from same situation. yesterday I did payment, money got debited but no message was sent mentioning id and password. So as of now i have made payment but i dont have login id and password.
