[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — money deducted from my rbl bank zeta card but not get reversed to my kotak bank account

I was trying to add money rs.7000 to kotak 811 account through add to fund process but due to some technical issue my money got debited and not get refunded to my source card.. Nor got money in kotak mahindra bank account.. The error was something went wrong network conn reset.. But kotak bank manager told me that money reversed and they have also provided citrus pay payment gateway txn id and merchant id... But when i contacted to my zeta customer they are not able to trace reversed money.. And zeta told me contact the merchant told them check arn= 30003180348033064784057

I pay rs. 751.88 as a exam fee of nios dled. But balance cut from my account and didn't received nios. When I check my payment status on nios dled it shows payment not done.
