Citrus Payment Solutions — Money deducted on zara app, but order sho wing payment pending

I was purchasing a perfume, jacket & shoes online through Zara app.I chose an option to pay through UPI payments. They redirected me to citrus solutions merchant to continue my payment. I entered my upi id of google pay .My money ₹ 8, 470 got deducted, but my order in the Zara app still shows payment pending. Kindly refund my money.
