Citrus Payment Solutions — Money deducted yet mnctax.in bill not paid.

I made payment for property tax on propertytax. Mnctax.in. After entering the otp for transaction the webpage displayed following message "cm90004-duplicate record". Now the money has been deducted from my account and i want it back or pay my mnc bill. I have already sent a mail about 5 days ago and yet no reply except for instantaneous automated reply providing token no and saying to get back to me within 48hours. I don't know how many hours are there in a day as per you but mine has 24 hours per day, so it's already been more than 120 hours where is the reply? The token no is 06083115. Resolve this asap.

As checked, this is a successful transaction via citrus transaction Id - OL[protected] and merchant transaction id[protected] at our end and the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant. For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, request you to contact the merchant directly to get the status at their end.
