Citrus Payment Solutions — Money deduction and no refund

My money has been deducted in this private payment platform(citrus solution pvt ltd) when I was shopping online through Zara clothing app and there’s no sign of any refund or any payment in the Zara app. I hope they’ll resolve this problem as soon as possible
