Citrus Payment Solutions — Money got debit led from mine account when I was paying through UPI during online shopping on Zaras but didnt got credited in theirs account

I was online shopping on Zara and made the payment through UPI though the amount of rs 6544 has been debited from mine account but the same didn’t got credited in Zara’s account. So kindly initiated mine refund at earliest. I am attaching the screenshot of all the messages I have received for the same.
