Citrus Payment Solutions — Money got deducted but order not placed

Hi,

I made payment for Zara order on 20 Dec via UPI. The payment was successful however on the application order was not placed and is showing under pending payment. Please look into this matter. Either refund the amount or add it to the order.

Please Citrus, look into this matter. Zara isn’t taking the responsibility for the transaction.

We would like to inform you that the refund has been processed against the Citrus Transaction ID: OL[protected] on[protected] and the same will get credited into the source account within 7 to 10 working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday, and bank holiday) from the date of refund.
