[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — Money got deducted while shopping online on zara app but order showing payment pending

I paid 1580/- for an order I placed at around 9pm on 23rd December. The payment was made via my upi ID which redirected me to the gpay app where the money was debited from my account at the same time.
But my order is still pending In “my purchases” section of the zara app. It still shows “complete your payment”
Kindly look into the matter and resolve the payment issues.

As checked, this is a failed transaction and amount for same has been refunded on 24/12/2020 via RRN[protected]. You will receive the amount in your source account within 5-7 working days (except Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays).
