Dear sir, i had transferred money from citrus to my bank a/c add balance of ₹ 5000 on 10th jan still know i didn't get money in my bank a/c today is 15th jan.in this my payment has been deducted from citrus app and msg came that within 2 day it will come but still know i didn't get money. Please help me. For your reference i am hereby attaching the transaction details with screen shot photo. Kindly check this and inform me very soon.. Thanking you...
