Citrus Payment Solutions — Money not refunded to my hdfc account

I had maded the transaction of rs 4500 through citruseazypay for admission in ignou online . Money deducted from my hdfc bank account but still my status of admission is showing unsuccessful please help me out

As checked, this is a successful transaction via Citrus transaction Id - OL[protected] and source transaction Id - [protected] at our end. For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, request you to contact the merchant eazypay directly to get the status at their end.
