Hi my name is vaibhav. I have 2 citrus accounts and i have transfered 1500 each from both my citrus account wallets to my icici bank account on 22november 2017, 3.07pm and today is 30novembr yet i have not recieved my money and transaction status they are show is succesfull.
Neither i am able to raise a query through their citruspay app neither they are replying on email
Attached the screenshots with transaction ids
I request you to help me on this and get it sorted bcos 3000rs is not a small amount
