[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — Money was debited from my account but zara did not get it | |
I was placing an order on zara india online on 08th august 2021 and had opted for payment via upi for which zara had used citrus payment gateway. I then did the payment of Rs.3770 through paytm with upi ref id[protected]. I did the transaction via my registered bank on paytm and money got debited from my account, and it was successfully transferred to citrussolutionspvtltd but zara did not receive the amount. So zara cancelled the order from their side and i did not get any refund Kindly check my concern and give me refund at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |
