[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — Money was deducted from my bank account but order not received by zara

Placed a ZARA order on 3 Jan 2020 and paid via upi. They money was debited from my bank account and yet the payment is shown as pending by zara. Please initiate a refund immediately.

zara finally accepted and acknowledged the payment on its end. not sure why the delay occurred
