Citrus Payment Solutions — my account has not been credited to which I have transferred from citrus wallet

I am holding citrus wallet with [protected] number. I have transfered my money from citrus wallet to my account on 28th dec 2017 according to them with in 2 working days my account should be credited but up to now there was no response from them. They are not all responding for the requests.
I have transfered the amount to[protected] of icici bank.
Total amount tranfered is rs 9000.
