[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — my amount not transferred to my kotak account not revert back to my sbi account

Hello i am manish

I tried to fund transfer my kotak account with 2 payments of total 2000 rs by netbanking once and by debit card once through sbi account and sbi account got deducted for 2000rs at the same time but money did not got credited to my kotak account, details are as follows:

Transaction date — 21/12/17
Transaction ref no. For 1000 amount [protected]igacorvca1this is with netbanking
Transaction date -+25/12/17 ref no. For 1000 amount transferred. —[protected] citruspaykotak mumbai this is with debit card payment
Please reverse my payment or send it to my kotak account soon.
