Citrus Payment Solutions — my money is deducted from my axis account and not debit in kotak

My money 3300 is deducted from my axis account and not credit in my kotak account plzz help urgent otherwise i will go in consumer court please help its very needed money for me today i am doing add money in my kotak and make payment via axis netbanking but transaction is succesfull payment is debited from my axis bank but not credited in kotak bank plzz help this money is very needed to me
