I did a recharge on 30 June 2018 for my 4G hotspot, postpaid plan and the payment was successful but the recharge was not done. I did this via HDFC netbanking.
Could you please look into the issue ASAP as this can be extremely frustrating and I would be grateful for a prompt response from your side.
