I placed an order from Zara for ₹2990 on the 23rd of September and chose upi as the mode of payment. I was then redirected to citruspay payment portal where I put in my upi and paid for the order. As soon as the money got deducted from my account, I got a message saying that the payment had failed. The order was not processed at zara and the money was sent to citruspay. I wrote an email to the citruspay customer service and was told to wait for 48 for a reply. It’s been 3 days now neither have I received the refund nor have I received a response. Please process the refund asap.
