[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — non credit of payment debited through internet banking

Please note that some body at your office reported to be rahul kumar sharma has fraudulently debited my credit card with rs.4999/-. He called from [protected] & saught certain details from for reversing my payment stuck up in the gateway of citrus solution. But instead of crediting the amount he misused the information & got my credit card debited by rs.4999/-please look into it & get the amount reversed. I am also reporting the fraud to police.

Kindly inform, your payment gateway is not working properly and payment deduct and transaction not complete. therefore we have to bear problems of customer payments. so, It is need to improve your services.

I withdraw 500 rupees from citrus to my bank account...but still its not transferred to my bank account..please transferred it fast...i really need it... citrus gave me a limited time..i think its over..how long they will give my money back.. please do fast
