[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — non payment of hp gas refill booking

I booked for domestic gas cylinder refill using Ezy सुविधा app.on 15th June 2019 and I also paid for the refill Rs.722.63 using citrusp*pushpam link on that app.The said amount was deducted from my account but it is not credited to pushpam. I don't understand the matter. I searched for their customer care no.I found it online but the same no is not working. I dialled this no.a number of times but I failed to contact them. Please register my complaint as early as possible and please refund my amount.

My complaint not yet resolved I don't know that how they have mentioned that the complaint lodge by me has resolved.
I haven't get my money refunded back.

• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
