I have paid an amount of rs 2297/= towards payment to hathway broadband internet service on 21/08/2017 on pos hathway 1116569 at citruspay hathway txn #[protected] through my sbi debit card. I have received a message from bank that the amount has been deducted from the account, however after confirming from hathway it was informed that they have not received any amount. Let me clarify if this amount is lying with citruspay and if so the same may be redirected to my account immediately.in case amount is not in your gateway i may kindly be informed accordingly on mobile number. My balance is deducted but registration isn't complete. So refund the balance as quickly as possible. I was using SBI atm and after entering OTP page was not redirected to the client. I was filling the form for bihar constable. kindly look into this matter.
