I pay online rs. 781.56 on 23.01.2020 for hp gas booking through rupaycitrus gov pos/ecom txn # s[protected]. But gas agency account not credited and my ac debited. Pl kind refund to my account thanks srinivasan ac no [protected] [protected]

Based on your request we have lodged complaint with ref no is [protected] and further we have communicated to the concerned department and got reply as mentioned below: with reference to the complaint, the transaction is successful as per npci. No refund was processed. So, we have raised chargeback. Complaint number - [protected] status of the complaint will be known after 19/02/2020.

Hi,

I made a purchase of INR 3760 on the Zara app and paid through UPI - Transaction ID[protected]
The money got debited but the order was not confirmed and later cancelled by Zara.
No response when an email was sent to customer care.
I would want to know when will the money will be reserved.
Kindly act on this as soon as possible
