My name is arjun shegokar, yesterday evening 30th march 2017 i paid rs 970 from axis bank a/c : - [protected] towards electricity bill and my transaction id is[protected] on 30th march 2017. through third party citrus payment solutions (citrus pay) but amount got debited but i didn't receive acknowledgement from vendor.

Sir I pay ignou fees but that was not successful payment according to that my money deducted from my account not return in my account till now
