I had recharged my metro card with the following payment details. It is not reflecting in my card. I tried writing several mail to them but [protected]@scp. Bmrc.co.in (As per their sight contact details). But till date nor response or acknowledgement from them.

Please note that this is a successful TXN via Payment Id - CTX[protected] at our end, the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant.
For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, you are requested to contact the merchant directly with Merchant Order Id[protected] in order to get the status at their end.

This complaint was against whoever is responsible including BMRC and Cirtus ...My card is not credited with the amount and that has to be resolved, You are the payment gateway for BMRC and you also are equally responsible along with BMRC to have my payment issue resolved and credit my card with the Rs. 200 recharge I did.
Till I get my payment credited the issue resolves unresolved.
