I had filed a complaint on 29th Nov 2021 about an order on zara, where I paid through citrus payment solutions. The money was debited but the order did not go through. My complaint was marked as “resolved” on 2nd December with an assurance that the money will be credited back to my account in a few days. It’s been a month and a half, yet the money hasn’t been returned to me.
Please look into it and solve this as soon as possible.
