[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — Order Zara from citrus payment gateways amount got deducted from my account as well as order at Zara got cancelled

I have my order in Zara today worth 2570/- the amount has been deducted from my account but the order is not placed, even zara is not responding as well.
Zara uses citrus payment gateway for the payment but as soon as I was reached the app back it was showing error.Zara is not responding as well.
PLZ HELP
