A few days ago, I tried to order from Zara India. I had reached the payment stage and chose to pay through gpay. I was redirected to citrus payments and i paid for my order. It was successful and also received the debited amount message from the bank. However, when I went back to the payment page, it was reloaded. Therefore, my order wasn’t placed but was already paid though Gpay. I’d urge Citrus Payments to refund the amount as soon as possible.
I had also written to the customer service the same day but no one reverted even after 48 hours. Was this information helpful? |
