[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — Payment credited to citrus pay but not to the recipient

Ive placed an order on ZARA APP and selected the payment option as UPI. The payment was successful and money got deducted from my accoun and credited to citruspay but in the zara app the order is still showing as pending and got popup that payment got failed.
Ive got confirmation from zara that payment was not credited to them and order got cancelled. Could you check
