I got a reply saying that the payment wasn’t received by CITRUS, however I’m attaching a screenshot that shows that the transaction was successful.
I placed an order with Zara on Wednesday, 30 June. My cart total was INR 9960, which was debited from my account. However, the order was cancelled.
