[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — Payment Debited: ZARA

Hi,

I got a reply saying that the payment wasn’t received by CITRUS, however I’m attaching a screenshot that shows that the transaction was successful.
I placed an order with Zara on Wednesday, 30 June. My cart total was INR 9960, which was debited from my account. However, the order was cancelled.

and the UPI ID is

I used UPI to make the payment and have attached the screenshot below for your reference.
Kindly refund my amount.
