[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — payment done to icici prudential insurance company through my sbi savings a/c has not reached

I have paid rs 50410 to icici prudential life insurance using my union bank savings a/cs. Transaction id is caa934050 on 20 oct 2017. As per icici pru life, they have not received it. As per ubi, a/c statement, the payment has not been reverted. Need urgent help to resolve as the payment done is absconding since long and aas per icici i am out of insurance coverage of value 80l which is creating risk for my family. Need urgent help.
