[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — payment failed and money deducted

On 17th april i made a transaction to fill the comedk exam form of amount 2600 and the amount got deducted from the bank but payment was failed which was displayed on the screen. I had done the payment through upi in google pay i am attaching the transaction reciept. Sir/madam this is the second time i am writing the complain but there is no response. There should be some responce.

Updated by Preeti 321 Why you all are not responding...refund is also no coming...enough is enough.so late service and 2600 is deducted, when i will get it.Very Bad service.😡😡😡
