I made payment of Rs.100000 through pnb internet banking for payment of credit card bill, but transaction through amajon pay got failed, but my account debited by Rs.100000, details of transaction is enclosed

Updated by Tps123 I am submitting screen shot of my account statement where Rs.100000 debited through PNB internet banking, through amajon pay site for payment of credits card. But payment did not deposited in hdfc credit card
