[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — payment failed but deducted from bank twice

Sir/ madam,
I have made payment for one of the teacher for d. Ei. Ed at nios website through payment gateway hdfc pg (Citrus plus), it shows that payment has not been made, and it shows that it fails but the money was deducted from my account twice for the same person.. Please help me i need them to refund it.
I have also attached the screen shot here.
I have send an email regards to these person but still no respond..
