[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — Payment failed but money deducted (Zara)

I was making a purchase from zara for Rs 3980, using my UPI ID. The money was deducted but zara never received it and hence my order wasn’t completed.

I’ve also written to Citrus solutions to enquire about getting my money back, but they haven’t reverted back yet.
