Citrus Payment Solutions — payment failed but money is debited from my bank account

Sir,
I made the payment of d. El. Ed nios form fees on 14 september 2017 of amount rs.4510.00 through citruspay. After few second screen showed that payment unsuccessful due to an error but money got debited from my bank account.
Then contacted to d. El. Ed office to refund me my money. They said that"your payment show failure" after that i contacted my bank on verification they found that amount is settled to merchant bank (Citruspay). So please credit back my money on bank account.
